Deactivation of Pfizer Patient Support Program
On the advice of Pfizer, to consolidate the number of prompts appearing on your screens, the Patient Support Program (PSP) function in AWD is to be deactivated. If you are using this function, the September 2011 Drug Update disables it with immediate effect.
Pharmacies that have installed the GuildCare programs will be able to continue to enrol patients into the various Pfizer Patient Support Programs.
If you have further questions in relation to this please direct them to your local Pfizer Established Products representative or Pfizer Medical Information on 1800 675 229.
